Uganda’s Development Boost: Shs16 Trillion Released for Third Quarter

The government of Uganda has made a significant move by releasing Shs16 trillion for the third quarter of the financial year, with a substantial amount allocated to priority development programs.

A notable Shs529 billion has been set aside for the Parish Development Model (PDM), a fantastic initiative aimed at promoting wealth creation among underserved communities, which will undoubtedly uplift the lives of many Ugandans.

Additionally, Shs5.335 trillion has been earmarked for government expenditure during the third quarter, with some of these funds also being allocated to public institutions.
